Premier Smile, led by MDDr. Margaréta Krištoff, is the orthodontics department of the Premier Clinic aesthetic medicine clinic. Premier Clinic is a premium private healthcare facility located on Jungmannova Street in Prague, covering an area of over 800 m². The clinic was designed by the renowned Czech architect Jaromír Pizinger. We are equipped with state-of-the-art technical facilities, including two high-tech operating theatres and one treatment room with the option of gentle low-flow anaesthesia. We are one of the few facilities in Prague capable of determining the maximum movement of teeth using a CB CT scanner.

Braces

Braces are orthodontic appliances used to correct misalignments of the teeth and bite. Our clinic offers a wide range of orthodontic options, including invisible and fixed braces.

Invisible braces:
Invisible braces are an excellent choice for those who prefer discreet orthodontic treatment. They are made of transparent plastic and are almost invisible, allowing patients to feel comfortable wearing them in public.

Fixed braces:
Fixed braces are the traditional form of orthodontic treatment. They consist of metal wires and brackets that are attached to the surface of the teeth. This type of brace provides firm and effective correction of dental misalignments.

• Thanks to our state-of-the-art equipment – including a 3D scanner, X-rays and dental CT scans – we can plan your treatment more accurately, taking into account the maximum possible movement of your teeth. During your treatment, you will come in for check-ups, but we also use a mobile app which will help reduce the number of visits you need to make to our clinic.
• We offer the option of paying for braces in instalments from as little as 496 Kč per month. Prices are final and include all fees.

• Consultations and the fitting of braces can take place within 2 months of booking.

During your first visit, you will have a no-obligation consultation with a dentist, during which we will scan your teeth. From this scan, we will create a 3D model of your teeth, show you the expected result and propose a treatment plan. You will be able to discuss the details of the treatment with your dentist, ask any questions and find out the cost of the proposed method. As we are not limited solely to the use of invisible aligners, but also use fixed braces for more severe misalignments, we are able to effectively treat the full spectrum of dental misalignments.

Should you be interested, the dentist will need to take further X-rays or, where necessary, a CB CT scan, and will then finalise your treatment plan on an individual basis. Once the deposit invoice has been paid, your braces will be produced using 3D printing (in the case of invisible braces) or we will schedule the fitting of fixed braces.

After around 30 days, we will fit you with the aligners, show you how to look after them, and together we will schedule follow-up appointments during which we will monitor the progress of your treatment. A new feature is the option to monitor the progress of your treatment with invisible aligners via an app, which means that a large proportion of the regular check-ups at our clinic are no longer necessary.

You will usually wear braces for between 6 months and 3 years, depending on the complexity of the problem being treated. Throughout this period, we carefully monitor the progress of your treatment and adjust it where necessary to ensure the best possible outcome.

Braces start at 22,890 Kč, and instalment plans are available from as little as 496 Kč a month.
